FROM MOULD TO SHIPMENT, ALL IN-HOUSE.

At Alya Plastik, we manage every production step — from product development to shipping — in our own facility. This lets us control quality and delivery times end to end.

1. 01

   Mould Design

   Based on a customer request or our own collection, our in-house engineering team designs the mould, which we then manufacture in our own workshop.

2. 02

   Raw Material Selection

   Plastic raw material (PP, PE, etc.) and colour formula are chosen to match the product's intended use.

3. 03

   Injection

   The raw material is heated and injected into the mould on our own injection lines, forming the final product shape.

4. 04

   Quality Control

   Samples from every production batch are checked for dimensions, durability and surface quality.

5. 05

   Packaging

   Approved products are packaged appropriately for their shipping type (domestic / export).

6. 06

   Shipping

   Wholesale orders are prepared for shipment, whether for domestic delivery or export.
